  • Evaluated a multi-year, multi-site federally funded research study of the Alameda County Office of Education's Head, Heart, Hands character education program. Selected implementation and comparison sites by examining demographic and student achievement data; obtained human subjects research approval from an Institutional Review Board; compiled and designed a new teacher efficacy survey; and completed federal reports
  • Enhanced West Contra Costa Unified School District's elementary school CARE counseling program, by creating an interactive counseling database that helped identify areas of strength and improvement
